Caught Pixie AFK after some of our Nyzul runs. We've been running more infrequently, not sure how long some members patience will last with my RL schedule. I'm hoping we can hold it together.

Wow, been a bit since I've posted. Somehow the longer you go without posting, the more daunting posting becomes. I was thinking of migrating over to Ultima for posting a journal, but have yet to catch Aa to see how to format the darn thing.

In game:
Been really layed back about doing much here. Helped Falk with some Bastok rank missions recently, beyond that doing the odd Limbus, mostly Campaign & continuing to do Nyzul Isle with Benny, Eticket, Zeri, Cujo & Arien. Not sure there's much left for me there, but I wouldn't turn down a completed Golliard set, just in case they decide we can store this stuff on NPCs at some point. Love to get started on Askar, since my BST & DRG will be coming up hopefully. Not that I've dedicated much time to anything really lately.

Did get to sponsor some Dynamis, but ended up with tons of Byne's I need to off-load on some unlucky soul.

Seen some odd activity on some accounts lately of people I know. Wondering if they were hacked or something.

IRL:
Not much to say here, working on a garden plan. Spending much time outside, weeding, mowing the lawn, going for long walks with my son. He's big enough now to keep up & not get tired. Walking 2 miles is still out, but I can make the neighborhood now without having to carry his 36 ib butt everywhere!

I'm really bored IRL, so bored that I find myself sleeping or not returning calls b/c my brain has shut down in defense of boredom. Need to find some volunteer activities or work that you can drag a toddler around to do. If I could just afford to put the little man in school (or find a school which would keep him), I could find a job. After not working for almost 4 years now, gonna be wierd to report to anyone other than myself. Might be nice though to have something to do with my vegetating brain. Feel like all my knowledge is leaking out of my ears day by day.. lol

Let's see... Trying to keep up my Facebook, which is odd.

What's AGD? It's Alpha Gamma Delta Fraternity (a Sorority). I went to IRD the end of April, it was amazing to be back at my old college and around my college friends. Reminded me that I used to be a leader O.O. I was good at it. I am capable. I am more than just a mom. I know how do to more than clean house & cook! Mental note, get out of the house & DO SOMETHING more often.

Looking back over the past month or so I did manage to get DNC to 37/38, got a level on BST, haven't touched RDM yet, but I've been busy with DRG. This is a really fun job!

In other news, been working with a friend to help him level up Alchemy. The side benefit is that I'm leveling up Woodworking at the same time! hah! Goes to show that helping a friend can be better and more fun than just doing something for yourself.

Moving done!

Finally almost settled in the new house. Son starts back to school in a few days. Will be a new school, so we'll see if it takes. He did a day trial at this new level before the holidays. Managed to flood their toilet and get sent home in under 2 hours. Pretty interesting for a 3 year old. So yeah, my life has been very busy.

In FFXI, haven't gotten much accomplished. Been doing Nyzul Isle with Benny & Zeri, that's about the only area where any movement forward has been made. We're up to the 40 floors now and working on legs for everyone. I'll be honest and say that I'm not sure I'm all that interested in Golliard pants. Given my other options for my jobs. Golliard doesn't seem that useful. Feet were just about all I wanted from Nyzul.

Need to start working on Assault clears, but it's hard to do with all my tags tied up. Maybe I'll find a way to squeeze one in on Tuesday nights.

Been duoing SCH with Myth, gotten as far as 25. When son goes back to school will be able to work on DNC some, hopefully burn that out to 37 so I can work on something I want to level. I liked DNC but haven't gotten to play it much. SCH seems pointless, given the other mage jobs.

Got a couple more merits on BRD recently. More Lullaby & more Wind skill. Need to work on Finale timer I think for Nyzul. Also got my Dynamis Horn & turned it in with the Attestation of Harmony. only have 5 of 60 M.Silver at the moment, but have 10 extra 100 Bynes. Probably just sell those to fund more M.Silver & Jade Shell runs. Have 18 of 100 Jades. Long way to go yet.

I'd want to take my mom, but I'd take my son to give him a chance to live out his life. Heck I might even give up my place and send my mom & my son instead of me. She's much better than me at being a mom.

Wow, really good question. There are so many amazing things to consider. How to choose just one? Perhaps the coronation of Catherine the Great just because she was the last great Empress of all Russia.
